Payments

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers.

Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send important notifications related to your orders and account.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information using Firebase security and secure communication methods.

Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their account directly from the Profile section inside the CHO2 Mart app. When an account is deleted:

• Your Firebase Authentication account is deleted.
• Your personal profile is removed.
• Your addresses, feedback, notifications, referral history, and delivery profile (if applicable) are deleted.
• Previous orders may be retained for legal and business record purposes, but personal information is anonymized.
